Returns & Refunds Policy

General Return Conditions

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

  2. Damage caused by careless handling, improper use, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for return.

  3. Products related to personal hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  4. If a product is defective upon arrival, you must notify us immediately.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be acknowledged within this timeframe.


Defective or Broken Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

For defective or broken items:

  • Clear photo evidence of the defect or damage is required.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse or damage unrelated to the defect.

  • In cases of defects present upon delivery, we will assist you in resolving the issue appropriately.

Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return-related shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: support@freshcoastwear.com

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo evidence (for defective or damaged items)

    • Full name

    • Full return address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions first.
Sending items to the original sender address may result in delays or loss of the return. The customer remains responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, you must wait until delivery and then initiate a return.

For orders already in transit from our warehouse in Asia, cancellation is not possible.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the product excluding shipping costs within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note:

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
